    If you don’t want to use cooling, the next best way to preserve is to usually to isolate from oxygen. You could try covering the eggs with wax. Unfortunately, eggs may already contain bacteria, notably Pseudomonas which can convert the methionine in eggs to hydrogen sulfide (the rotten egg smell). Pseudomonas is anaerobic, which means that it can grow in the absence of oxygen. To stop Pseudomonas you could use chlorine, but that would not make the eggs very edible.
