I am very interested in freezing myself so I can see the future. There is a company called BioTime that work within the cryogenics industry and they have frozen animals such as dogs and resussitated them afterwards. But alas I cannot find their contact information. Please can anyone help me??

If this isn’t valid science, how are people able to get away with this severe quackery?
To answer Larry V’s question. I;m talking about —>”should it be legal to freeze, then later thaw out, people”? — in hopes that you can bring people back to life. IF this isn’t a provable, workable science, how is it legal?
Joe people get cancer because they refuse to eat correctly and exercise, among other things.

How does cryogenics work?
Filed Under Other - Science | 2 Comments
From my understanding, cryogenics is where you freeze a living thing in extremely low temperatures and it stays alive. Is this true? If so, how could it be possible? Wouldn’t it die of hypothermia or frostbite? What about eating, drinking, and breathing? Wouldn’t your blood freeze?
Thanks

Has anyone ever reached 0 degrees Kelvin?
Filed Under Physics | 6 Comments
I think the closest anyone has ever gotten is around 0.01pK. But i’m not exaclty too sure about the difference in the units K and pK.
I’ve looked up a few things already and i got a few names of Scientists and research groups that have attempted 0K what are a few that you know of?
and lastly where does cryogenics stand in all of this?

This is a question I have been wondering about. Has an estimate been placed on the amount of time a corps can reside inside of sealed, microbe-free environment, frozen in cryo-stasis? Would it at all be possible that human beings, perhaps dead or alive, could exist for as long as one millions years without any threat of physical decay?
The reason I am asking is simply that scientists theorize it may be possible to freeze a person in cryo for an extended period of time, say a hundred years, and revive those people back to life. If, then, supposing no harm came to the cryogenic units that contained these human specimens, Could these frozen specimens last a million years under the same conditions and still be potentially brought back to life?

Cryogenics and religion?
Filed Under Religion & Spirituality | 5 Comments
If you have yourself cryogenically frozen before you die is it considered suicide? What if you are never brought back to life?
Do you think your soul stays with your body, or does it go to heaven? Technically you are dead while you are frozen.
If your soul goes to heaven, do you think you come back from heaven when you get resurrected? Would you have your memories of heaven like the people who die and say they saw their deceased relatives there?
If you go to hell and come back when they resurrect you, could you repent your evil ways and get back in God’s good graces? Or is it a once in hell always in hell situation.
Is there an official church stance on Cryogenics?(Catholic or whatever your church is)
Technically you are dead while you are frozen. You lose all brain functions as well as vital organs. Actually you lose functionality of all organs. You are frozen. When they thaw you out, they have to revive you. You won’t just come back to life on your own. It’s the same as if someone has a heart attack, and they die on the way to the hospital. They have to get the heart started again.
